Really good stay with a rooftop gem
fine view surprise gifts helpful staff special decorations
i got upgraded to the buena suerte suite, it offered a fine view (especially at night). fresh flowers and seville-themed gifts were nice surprises in the room. the staff was very helpful, even providing umbrellas when it rained. the hotel lobby had special decorations for semana santa, fitting perfectly with the processions outside.
the minibar prices are slightly higher than i expected, but there are plenty of shops nearby.

The rooftop bar offers excellent views of the cathedral and the giralda. the hotel lobby was decorated for semana santa, a local religious festival, offering cultural immersion. access to the city is easy. It is walkable with plenty of taxis available.

the front desk staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, offering help with various requests. upon arrival, i received a room upgrade as a loyalty member (a nice touch, in my opinion). staff provided umbrellas during rainy weather, demonstrating attention to guest comfort.

the suite was large and comfortable, complete with good appointments. the room had surprise little gifts related to the city and fresh flowers (a beautiful detail). the hotel provided modern, sleek rooms that created a cute environment.
